Vibrant Body Sculpting Brand Development

Vibrant Body Sculpting is a medical aesthetics clinic that offers a popular “fat-blasting treatment” called CoolSculpting. With a high end clientele willing to shell out the big bucks for treatment, the client wanted something that characterized high-fashion but still represented its medical nature and the renewal of physical self.

To achieve this, I created a logo inspired by the typeface Didot, which is commonly used for high-end fashion publications like Harper’s Bazaar . I simplified it by reducing it to basic shapes, which created an airy but punchy feel that felt relevant to the “vibrancy” of the name. Additionally, I created an icon to accompany the type that felt both energetic and renewed, and was flexible enough for various mediums.

The letterforms created in the logo were extended for purposes of the client’s print collateral. This included a custom gift card and envelope, which had the beginning of the company’s motto (celebrate) on the back of the gift card and the end of the motto (treat yourself) imprinted on the inside of the envelope, so that it was revealed when the gift card was removed.
